The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress Bola Ahmed Tinubu has advised Lagos chiefs on how to act when they need something from president Muhammadu Buhari.
Speaking to the chiefs after winning the ruling party’s presidential ticket, Tinubu explained that one has to be firm when dealing with the president adding that being flippant and unserious would lead to nowhere.
He stated further that it was his time to lead Nigeria and urged the chiefs to prepare for election.
He said: ‘White cap chiefs…If you want a white cap from the President, you have to be firm. It is not something funny. It is our time. This is not a funny thing. It is not something you can joke about. It is something that requires prayer. You have to be steadfast with your work. It will come to pass”
