Yoruba Actor Saheed Balogun Sings In Igbo To Drum Support For Bola Tinubu

Veteran Yoruba actor, Saheed Balogun has pledged his support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This isn’t the first time the actor is pulling out his weight for the former governor of Lagos State, as he has in the past joined other celebrities to drum support.

Taking to his Instagram page, Balogun shared a video of himself singing the praises of the former Lagos governor with a group of Igbo people in a bus.

According to Balogun, the people pictured in the video are not doing politics but saying one Nigeria.

Meanwhile, veteran Nollywood actress, Joke Silva, recently trended on the microblogging platform, Twitter, over her campaign for All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

Naija News reports that the veteran actress was among the Nollywood stars who had publicly declared support for Tinubu.

She also joined the wife of the Lagos State Governor, Ibijoke Sanwolu and other women in Lagos today for a rally.

Joke Silva took to her Instagram page to share photos and videos of the APC women’s rally at Onikan Stadium.

Bearing in mind the series of attacks online from many youths and fans, the actress turned off her comment section as she may not want to respond to attacks from netizens.

She captioned the posts: “@kemskis and 1At Onikan Stadium for the womens APC rally. The HCC old girls Dr(Mrs)Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, @kemskis and my self. We co-opted Mrs Hamzat.Lagos Womens March for APC. And this is only the women oh”
