Barcelona playmaker, Philippe Coutinho has been identified as the potential replacement for Chelsea player, Eden Hazard.
The Belgium player on Tuesday confirmed that he has made a decision over his future at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard who is yet to sign a deal with the Blues has less than a year remaining on his contract and has also made no secret of his desire to play for Real Madrid.

Coutinho has struggled at Barcelona this season, with Barca manager, Ernesto Valverde, admitting that the former Liverpool star was far from happy with life at the club.
Speaking about his future with Barcelona last week, Coutinho told beIN Sports: “Nobody knows what will happen in the future. All I have in my head right now is to work hard.”
