Nigeria’s social media was thrown into confusion on Thursday following videos of chaos that broke out during a music show held at the Lagos State University (LASU).
Naija News reports that videos making the rounds online alleged that there was violence at the event organised by dancer, Poco Lee, with singer Bella Shmurda and Odumodu Blvck caught on camera being whisked away.
Reports on social media alleged that cultists had disrupted the show and attacked some of the artistes billed to perform.
However, Odumodu Blvck took to his social media on Friday to explain what transpired at the academic institution.
Odumodu wrote on Twitter: “INTERNET IS A MAD PLACE
“WE NO RUN FROM FIGHT O.
“NA TOO MUCH HAILINGS AND PICTURES WE DEY RUN FROM.
“ABEG NASO DEM DEY RUN FROM FIGHT?
“WITH SWAG
“KAI. INTERNETTTTTT SWEET O #OSAPALONDON”
In another tweet, the ‘Declan Rice’ crooner wrote: “MY MANAGER SAY. OD CHECK ON POCO LEE.
“I SAY NO BE POCO LEE GO CHECK ON ME?”
