The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III, has submitted that nothing can be done to prevent floods disaster across Nigerian states.
The monarch who spoke before elites, including some traditional rulers and political bigwigs on Saturday in Bauchi State, said that natural disasters, including floods, were ordained by Almighty Allah and can only be accepted in good faith.
