Ifeanyi, the son of ace Nollywood actor, Francis Duru, is dead.
Naija News reports that the thespian made this known in a post via his Instagram page on Thursday morning.
Duru said he would forever miss and love his son but failed to disclose the circumstances that led to his death.
He wrote, “My champ!!my lion…you fought like a lion…if this is the way He wants it, so be it,I still judge you faithful…Ifeanyi my champ….I will miss you son….I will forever love you….Rest in peace son…rest….I give you thanks lord!” 
Popular South African Actress, Connie Chiume Is Dead
In other news, renowned South African actress, Connie Chiume, is dead.
Naija News reports that Chiume died at age 72 on August 6, 2024, at Garden City Hospital in Johannesburg.
Chiume’s family, in a statement requested privacy as they mourn the huge loss.
The statement reads, “The Chiume Family regrets to inform you of the passing of the internationally acclaimed award-winning actress Connie Chiume. Connie Chiume, 72, passed on at Garden City Hospital today on August 6, 2024. The family will communicate further details and ask for privacy during this difficult period.”
Reacting to the demise, Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, in a post via her Instagram page, expressed her admiration for Chiume.
