Manchester City’s hearing regarding the 115 breaches of Premier League financial regulations has ended, as reported by Mail Online’s Mike Keegan.
The fate of Manchester City now rests on a three-man panel who have the responsibility to review all evidence before reaching a verdict in the upcoming months.
This case, often referred to as ‘The Trial of the Century,’ has seen the four-time champions engage in a significant legal process with the Premier League. With all final arguments presented on Friday, the hearing has taken a pivotal step toward resolution.
The east Manchester club are facing accusations related to Financial Fair Play regulations, including claims of not fully cooperating with the investigation. 
These charges predominantly cover nine years from 2009 to 2018, during which the club achieved notable success, winning the Premier League three times.
Note that Manchester City have denied any wrongdoing and are confident in their position. Reports suggest that if an agreement is not reached, both parties may consider an appeal, potentially extending the timeline for a resolution to the conclusion of the 2025/2026 season.
Should Manchester City be found in violation of the FFP rules, they could face a range of consequences, including significant financial penalties, a possible points deduction, or even relegation within the English football league system.
