A middle-aged man was on Tuesday nabbed for allegedly stealing phones at the Isolo general hospital in Lagos.
Naija News understands that the man was apprehended in the female ward of the hospital.
It was alleged that the yet-to-be-identified man had visited the hospital under the guise of seeing one of his relatives. 
He had visited several wards during his visit and collected phones belonging to some patients and relatives of patients.
The suspect was said to have visited the hospital on Monday evening and was caught at the female ward where he was caught in the act of stealing a phone.
Haven being caught, the mob in the hospital descended on the suspect and gave him the beaten of his life, although it was reported that some top officials in the hospital came to his rescue and later handed him over to the Police.
