The former attorney-general of the federation and minister of justice, Mohammed Bello Adoke is on his way to Nigeria for prosecution Naija News can authoritatively report.
The International Criminal Police Organization has arrested Mr Adoke in Dubai on Monday, November 11, where he went for a scheduled medical check-up, was quizzed by the Interpol and then taken into custody following the mix-up.
The ex-AGF left Dubai following pressure from EFCC. He is being accompanied by INTERPOL officers on Emirates Airlines Flight 785. 
The aircraft departed the Emirati commercial capital at about 11 am Dubai time (8 am Nigerian time). He is expected to arrive at Abuja at about 3:40 pm.
A document sighted by Naija News showed that Mr. Adoke signed an undertaking with the Dubai government to willingly move to Nigeria for his trial in the Malabu Oil Deal.
Adoke has alleged in September that the Nigerian antigraft agency, EFCC framed him up with malicious evidence to implicate him in the bribery allegations over the Malabu/OPL 245 transaction.
Speaking on how he was implicated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in his latest book, “Burden of Service: Adoke denied even having the smallest potion of $1.3 billion OPL 245 deal involving Malabu Oil and Gas and two oil giants, Shell and ENI.
