1. Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu Explodes Over Killing Of Funke Olakunrin By ‘Herdsmen’

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has called on the Yorubas to see the killing of Funke Olakunrin, the daughter of Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti as “another wake-up call.” Naija News had reported earlier that the Yoruba socio-cultural organisation announced the killing of Mrs. Olakunrin by suspected herdsmen in a terse message sent to The PUNCH on Friday by the spokesman for Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin.

2. Biafra: IPOB’s Nnamdi Kanu Releases Evidence On Plans By Buhari To ‘Fulanize’ Nigeria

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has alleged fresh claims by the Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government to implement a Fulanisation agenda in Nigeria. The IPOB leader who had always accused the Buhari administration of plans to Fulanize Nigeria carved out ‘his new evidence’ from the newly introduced international passport.

3. Ruga: Biafra Group Issues Fresh Warning To Buhari, Northern Youths

The Biafra Nations Youth League, (BNYL) has vowed to do everything humanly possible to frustrate the Ruga policy of the federal government as it currently stands. Speaking further, the group said that the suspension of RUGA by President Muhammadu Buhari instead of cancellation shows that there is no genuineness in what the Federal Government is doing.

4. What Biafran Leader Nnamdi Kanu, Sowore Discussed During ‘Private Meeting’

The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the 2019 elections, Omoyele Sowore, on Tuesday met with the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu in New York, United States. Pro-Biafra activist Nnamdi Kanu has hailed the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) for kicking against President Muhammadu Buhari’s plan to establish RUGA settlements for herdsmen. Naija News recalls that Buhari had on Wednesday suspended the Rufa settlement policy.

6. UN Issues Query To Buhari Administration Over Biafra, Shiites, Human Rights, Others

The United Nations has blamed the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari of not doing enough on killings, human rights violation, corruption and some other issues currently ravaging the country. The Human Rights Committee of the (UN) said this in a report released at the conclusion of its review of the implementation of the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Nigeria.

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has claimed that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is more popular that South-east governors. The chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) made this known in a post on his Twitter page on Monday.
