The convener of the Concerned Nigerian movement, Deji Adeyanju, has condemned the ruling of the Supreme Court which nullified the victory of Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Recall that the apex court on Tuesday declared the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Hope Uzodinma as the Governor of Imo State.
Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun while delivering the judgement claimed that the APC governorship candidate had 236,00 votes excluded from his result.
Adeyanju while reacting to the ruling wondered how APC who came fourth in the governorship election emerged the winner.
Naija News had earlier reported that Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka had prophesied that Emeka Ihedioha will be defeated at the Supreme Court.
The human right activist who took to his Twitter account wrote; “Hope Uzodinma of APC who came 4th with minimal votes declared the winner by Supreme Court. What a regime! Nigerians go hear am TA TA TA TA.”
“Mbaka, the real man of God.”
“IMO Gubernatorial election results 2019; PDP: Emeka Ihedioha 273,404
AA : Uche Nwosu 190,364
APGA: Ifeanyi Araraume 114,676
APC: Hope Uzodinma 96,458
YPP: Ikedi Ohakim 527.”
“How do you explain what the Supreme Court just did to Law Students, Law teachers and Junior Lawyers
“These things can only happen in a Zoo.”
