The 22023 presidential candidate o the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has expressed sadness over the death of the Senior Pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya.
Recall the death of Pastor Odukoya, who passed unto glory on the 7th of August 2023 in the United States of America, was confirmed in a social media post by his church on Tuesday.
Reacting via Twitter post on Tuesday, Obi said Odukoya was not only a man of God but also a philanthropist who impacted greatly on society through his humanitarian projects in the areas of health and education. 
The former Governor of Anambra State ask God to grant his family, and The Fountain of Life Church Family, the fortitude to bear his irreplaceable loss.
He wrote: “I am saddened by the death of Pastor Daniel Taiwo Odukoya, the Founding Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church. He was a man who not only preached the gospel of God but also impacted greatly on society through his humanitarian projects in the areas of health and education.
May God, who called him home at this time, grant his family and The Fountain of Life Church Family the fortitude to bear his irreplaceable loss, and may God grant him eternal rest.”
