A former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted to the re-arrest of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia after she was discharged of all corruption charges against her.
It will be recalled that earlier today Naija News reports the EFCC surrounded Mrs Ofili-Ajumogobia as she attempted to leave the courtroom at 10.24 a.m. after the ruling by Justice Hakeem Oshodi.
Meanwhile, the embattled former judge was latter arrested at 11.47 a.m. by some EFCC officials who whisked her away in a white Hilux van with Abuja plate number BWR637AT.
Reacting, Fani-Kayode on his Twitter page on earlier today wrote:
…This is not justice: it is sheer wickedness. I appeal to President Buhari to put a stop to this wholesale, vindictice and vicious persecution and to call the EFCC to order. If we do not fear man we should at least fear God!

He also described the act as wicked. He also appealed to President Buhari to put a stop to this wholesale, vindictice and vicious persecution and to call the EFCC to order.
..All this despite the fact that she is innocent of any wrongdoing, despite the fact that she is a lady, despite the fact that she has been subjected to and suffered immense trauma due to this case over two years and despite the fact that one of her legs is broken and in a cast..
