Coronavirus: Buhari, Osinbajo’s Whereabouts Questioned

Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s spokesman, Reno Omokri, has questioned the whereabouts of President Muhammadu Buhari and his vice, Yemi Osinbajo.

Nigerians overtime have questioned the presence of the President in the fight against Coronavirus which has led to the death of some in the country.

The likes of Donald Trump, the President of Ghana, South Africa and other countries have been active in addressing and providing relief to their people at this difficult time.

Reno Omokri wonders where Nigerian leaders have been, describing them as the crisis “we face.”

Ever since the outbreak of the virus in the country, President Buhari has only addressed Nigerians twice in nationwide broadcasts which many believed was recorded and aired on Nigeria Television Authority.

Omokri in his post wrote, “Where are General @MBuhari and Pastor @ProfOsinbajo?,” the former presidential aide asked in a tweet on Saturday night.”

“The more you look for them, the less you see of them.”

“It is as if Nigeria has a government in absentia. Leaders should be more visible in a crisis. In our own case, our leaders are the crisis we face!”
