President Muhammadu Buhari paid a visit to the tomb of Prophet Muhammad in Madinah.
Naija News understands that this comes as the President had on Thursday embarked on his trip to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah (Lesser Hajj).
Naija News had reported that the President had skipped the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting that was presided over by the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo.
The FEC meeting held on Thursday, May 16 was an extension of the Wednesday’s meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
