President Muhammadu Buhari has today engaged Godwin Emefiele, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in a closed-door meeting.
The meeting, which held at the President’s office within the State House, Aso Villa, started around 11.30 am.
Naija News understands that the meeting is among the last official meeting the president would be having before he leaves for Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdon later.
Speaking with State House correspondents after the closed-door meeting, the CBN Governor insisted that neighbouring countries must engage with Nigeria before the Nigerian border is reopened.
