Atiku’s Media Aide Loses Mother

Paul Ibe, the media coordinator for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the last general election, Atiku Abubakar, has lost his mother.

Naija News reports that the demise of Ibe’s mother was announced by Nigerian journalist and PDP chieftain, Dele Momodu, in a social media post on Thursday morning.

He urged Nigerians to keep Ibe and his family in their prayers, especially at this moment of personal grief and loss.

He wrote: “The Coordinator of Atiku Media Office, Mazi Paul Ibe today announced the passing to life after life of his beloved mother. Please remember him and his siblings at this moment of personal loss and grief. Thank you. MAY MAMA’S GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE…”

Atiku Mourns Late Pastor Taiwo Odukoya

In related news, Atiku Abubakar has reacted to the death of the Founder and Senior Pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya.

Naija News earlier reported that the prominent church leader died on Monday at the age of 67 in the United States of America.

In a statement on Tuesday, the church said: “The Fountain of Life Church Family, in total submission to the will of God Almighty, announces the passing unto greater glory of our Father, our Teacher, a great servant of the Most High God Pastor Daniel Taiwo Odukoya, Founding Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, who passed unto glory on the 7th of August 2023 in the USA.

“We are in total submission to you LORD!!! We thank the Lord for the gift of a great leader.”

Reacting to the sad incident in a Twitter post on Tuesday evening, Atiku said the late Odukoya was a beacon of faith and hope.

The former presidential candidate also consoled the family and congregation of the late clergyman.
