All 32 teams set to compete in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup have been officially confirmed, marking the first tournament of its kind to feature this expanded format.
Note that the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is scheduled to take place in the United States between June 15 and July 13, 2025.
The tournament will gather the most successful clubs from each of the six international football confederations: the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the Confederation of African Football (CAF), the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf), the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC), and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
The draw for the group stage, which will determine the placement of the teams into their respective groups, is scheduled to take place on December 5, 2024.
Below are all the clubs qualified to participate in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup:
CAF Representatives:
– Al Ahly (Egypt): The club boasts an impressive record in the CAF Champions League, having triumphed in the 2020/21, 2022/23, and 2023/24 editions.
– Wydad AC (Morocco): Victorious in the 2021/22 CAF Champions League.
– ES Tunis (Tunisia): Qualified through the CAF ranking pathway.
– Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa): Also coming through the CAF ranking pathway.
