Nigerian Singer and songwriter, Simosola Kosoko better known as Simi has weighed in on the death of 12-year-old Sylvester Oromoni.
Sylvester died after he was allegedly bullied and given a harmful substance to drink by seniors in his school, Dowen College.
The singer took to Instagram to state that it was not advisable to send children to boarding school as this was the age children needed their parents the most.
She maintained that the world is a scary place and it was the job of the parents to stand in for their children daily.

Meanwhile, two men identified as Junior Ajayi, 24, and Amadi Idahosa, 35 both living in Benin City are locked in a fierce battle over the custody of a child.
Naija News understands that both men claimed to be the father of the newborn baby.
One of them apparently took care of the girl until she gave birth while the other surfaced a few months after the baby boy was born to take the child thereby causing a commotion. Read more
