Inter Milan head coach, Beppe Marotta, has revealed that he can not stop Ivan Perisic‘s move to English premier league side, Arsenal.
The Gunners head coach, Unai Emery, has shown interest in the Croatia international, who has demanded a move to the Emirate though Arsenal and Inter are yet to agree on terms.
Marotta while speaking over the weekend stated that the transfer will only take place if the two sides meet the requirement.
He has shown a willingness to negotiate with Arsenal than force the player to stay in his squad for the season. He said;
“It is hard to keep hold of players if they don’t want to stay.
“There have been very few moves [this winter] and a lot of unsatisfied players, so it’s up to us to deal with this situation.
“As things stand, no concrete offer has arrived so there are no conditions [to sell Perisic],” he told Sky Sports Italia after emerging from a meeting with club directors on Monday evening.
