Reports from Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, revealed that the El-Kanami Stadium, the venue of the All Progressives Congress (APC), presidential campaign rally is flooded with supporters.
Naija News gathered that party faithfuls have filled up the stadium awaiting the arrival of the APC campaign team led by the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, to start the event.
It is learned that excited supporters of the APC trooped out in their numbers to support and show solidarity with one of their own, the vice presidential candidate of the party, Kashim Shettima, who is an indigene of the state.
Shettima, a two-term governor, represents Borno central in the National Assembly.
