Dino Melaye, Senator representing Kogi west, has cried out over alleged plot by the police to kill him.

Breaking News: National Assembly Approves N143b As INEC Budget For 2019 Election

The National Assembly joint committee on electoral matters has adopted and approved the sum of N143 billion as INEC fund for 2019 election.

After rounds of defence and several meetings between the Independent National Electoral Commision, led by Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and the legislators, the sum of N143b was approved.

The kidnapped Leah Sharibu, has spoken out from Boko Haram captivity, pleading with President Muhammadu Buhari to save her from her abductors.

Naija News recalls she is the only Christian among the abducted 119 students of Government Girls Secondary School, Dapchi, Yobe state, and her captors refused to release her for refusing to denounce her christian faith.

I Regret Supporting Buhari – Kwankwaso

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant and the former governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, has stated that he and others who left the PDP in the 2014 general election to support President Muhammadu Buhari against Former President Goodluck Jonathan are currently grappling with the regret of their actions.

Kwankwaso, who described the economic policy of the President has counterproductive, was in Owerri, the Imo state capital on a consultation visit to PDP members.
