Shehu Sani Speaks On Atiku’s Plans To Sell Public Companies, Calls Out His ‘Accomplices’ In APC

The senator representing Kaduna Central, Senator Shehu Sani has shared his stand on the plan of the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar to sell of companies own and operated by the government.

The former President, in an interview vow that if elected president, he will sell 90 percent of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) corporation and privatize it.

Atiku stated that the years of ineffectiveness of the corporation had made it imperative to sell it off to private individuals who will bring it to optimal performance.

This plan cause critics to come after the presidential candidate.

However, Senator Shehu Sani have admonished those criticising Atiku to also ‘throw mud at his accomplices in the ruling party.’

According to him, his accomplices are members of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The Kaduna lawmaker wrote: “As you continue to throw mud on the ex-Vice President for his role in auctioning our public owned companies, don’t forget to throw some on ‘his accomplices’ who now occupy the comfortable seat of saints in the ruling party, in Nigeria’s prevailing priggish and sententious politics.”
