Election Tribunal: APC Insists Atiku Not Nigerian, Presents Evidence
The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has maintained that Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the February 23 presidential poll is not a Nigerian by birth.
In fresh documents filed by the APC before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja, a man, who claims to be a close friend of Garba Abubakar, Atiku’s late father, alleged that neither of his parents was a Nigerian.

The lawmaker representing the Kaduna Central senatorial district, at the National Assembly, Senator Shehu Sani, has unveiled the reason behind the fight between the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former governor of Lagos state, Bola Tinubu; Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.
