Court Rules Final Forfeiture Of Diezani’s $40m Jewellery To EFCC, FG

Nigeria’s former Petroleum Resources Minister, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke has permanently lost some pieces of jewelry valued at $40 million (about N14.4 billion) to the Federal Government.

Naija News recalls that the federal government through the EFCC had requested for the final forfeiture over an alleged illegal acquirement of the jewelries.

Presidential Tribunal: I Have Enough Evidence To Sack Buhari – Atiku Boasts

The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party in the 2019 Presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, says he has enough evidence to sack President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.

Tribunal: APC Vows To Appeal Ekweremadu’s Victory

The ruling All Progressives Congress has promised to appeal the victory of former Senate Deputy President, Ike Ekweremadu, at the State and National Assembly Elections Petitions Tribunal in Enugu State.

The Chairman of the party in Enugu State, Ben Nwoye, stated this while reacting to the victory of Ekweremadu at the Tribunal on Tuesday.
