Justice Ijeoma of Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has reviewed the bail caondition in the case involving Omoyele Sowore and the DSS.
Speaking earlier on Monday, during the motion filed by the convener of the #RevolutionNow protests, Omoyele Sowore, seeking a variation in his bail condition, Justice Ijeoma said Sowore’s bail can only be reduced to N50 million while Bakare’s should be reduced to N20 million. The court also asked for the removal of security deposits
Meanwhile, popular Nigerian rapper, Falz has advocated for the release of detained activist, Omoyele Sowore at the Headies award show which occurred over the weekend.
Naija News understands that the rapper made the appeal when won the best rap album award of the year at the 13th edition of the Headies award.
