EFCC Watchlist: Obiano Meet Buhari Behind Closed-doors Days To Tenure Expiration
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday played host to the Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano at the Aso Rock Villa.
It is understood that the closed-door meeting between the two political heads is coming two weeks to the end of Obiano’s tenure expiration.
Though the purpose of the meeting is yet to be known, there are however insinuations on social media that it may not be unconnected to the move to probe the incumbent governor by anti-graft agencies.
It could be recalled that Obiano had announced earlier that he would be going to the US to rest after his tenure as governor.
