Nollywood actress, Regina Daniel, the wife of Nigerian politician, Ned Nwoko, has revealed the Nigerian Senators’ Wives Association held its first executive council meeting on Monday, 31 July.
Naija News reports that the thespian made this known in a post via her Instagram page on Tuesday, alongside photos of herself and the wife of Senate President, Ekaette Akpabio.
Recall that the actress was appointed as the Social Secretary of the 10th Assembly Senators’ Wives Forum Executive Council a few weeks ago.
According to Reginal, the first executive meeting was hosted by Akpabio’s wife and issues of national importance were discussed.
She said the senators’ wives discussed extensively on different projects, including ways to train and improve the girl child in Nigeria.
The movie star, who seemed excited in one of the photos with Akpabio’s wife, said listening to her was truly inspiring, adding she is a true mother to all.
She wrote: “Yesterday was the first executive council meeting of the Senator’s wives association. Hosted by our delectable mummy Her excellency Mrs Ekaette Akpabio the wife of the senate president of Nigeria.
“We discussed extensively on different projects including ways to train and improve the girl child in Nigeria. Listening to her excellency was really inspiring. In her is a true mother to all.”
