The 20-man shortlist of footballers for the 2024 Golden Boy Award has been made public.
Naija News reports the Golden Boy Award is dedicated to rewarding the best football player under the age of 21, and players can only win it once in their career.
According to the 2024 nomination released on Thursday, players such as Lamine Yamal of Barcelona, Kobbie Mainoo of Manchester United, Arda Guler of Real Madrid, and Samuel Omorodion of Porto are in contention for the prestigious award.
The winner will be announced at a ceremony in Turin on December 17.
